• He should not leave the office to attend to other patients at another office while a patient is already sitting in the dental chair waiting for treatment. While it is kind to accommodate an emergency patient, a patient should not be left in a dental chair waiting for treatment while the responsible dentist leaves the premises for any length of time.
• He should respond to a request by the College for a transcript of his chart entries by providing a complete, verbatim transcript, and not a selective transcript with details added that do not appear in the original notes.
